Postdoctoral Researcher

Full-time

We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join our functional genomics research program. The successful candidate will work on projects involving high-throughput screening, CRISPR technologies, and single-cell genomics.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Genetics, Biology, or related field
  • Experience with functional genomics assays (e.g. CRISPR)
  • Strong computational skills is a plus (Python/R)
  • Track record of high-quality publications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Appointment as a “Xingyao Research Postdoctoral Fellow” at China Pharmaceutical University, with a starting annual salary from 300,000 RMB.

2. Full access to university benefits, including medical insurance, housing fund, and additional welfare provided by the university trade union.

Career Development:

1. Outstanding postdocs are strongly supported to apply for long‑term positions at China Pharmaceutical University, such as Special Research Fellow or tenure‑track Associate Professor / Research Associate Professor.

2. The lab will support applications for competitive funding schemes (e.g., National Postdoctoral Fellow Programs, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Jiangsu Excellent Postdoctoral Program). Salary and funding from different sources can be stacked with no upper cap.

3. Workplace: Jiangning Campus, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing.

Graduate Student

Full-time

Graduate students interested in functional genomics, computational biology, or human genetics are welcome to rotate in our lab. We offer exciting projects at the intersection of experimental and computational biology.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant graduate program
  • Strong interest in genomics and molecular biology
  • Basic programming skills preferred
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary research
